Cancelation Policy:

You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Get in to your login, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, My Tickets Window will charge Rs. 150 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.

Domestic Flight Booking

To amend/cancel your ticket offline, My Tickets Window Customer Care. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 250 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply.

International Flight bookings

A standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged for online cancellation and Rs1500 for any offline cancellation, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.

Hotel & Bus Cancellation:

For Hotel and Bus cancellation, the policy depends upon the operators/company.

For Hotel cancellation, the 10% will be, additionally, charged per room as a processing fee.

For Bus cancellation fix amount of Rs100 per person will be charged.
